Welcome to our online store! We are excited to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100. We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging materials. For your convenience, we also provide a flat-rate shipping option. You will receive real-time updates via email or SMS, so you are always informed about your package status Please note that as a slow fashion brand, made-to-order items require 1 to 2 weeks processing time. All domestic orders ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. International orders not available at this time. Shipping occurs within 3 to 14 days after production. The Small Print

Thank you for choosing Charla Ruschelle! We offer a 7-day return policy for store credit and a 3-day return policy for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, offering prepaid return labels for exchanges (but not refunds). Upon our review, we require a return authorization be sent to you before item is shipped back. To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a store credit or refund. Please note that made-to-measure or personalized pieces are non-returnable. We offer store credit and money refunds within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your items have been confirmed as shipped, the responsibility falls on the carrier for care, and Charla Ruschelle, Concoction theWork_Shop and Hazel Eyes Fashion House LLC will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay.
